• A session between 75-90 min is $250. Two hour sessions are $300.

• Flexible pricing and packages are available upon request.

• The goal of a session is to resolve blockages, physically, energetically, emotionally, and spiritually.

• I use a combination of acupuncture, acupressure, subtle energy work, cupping, essential oils, smudging, intuitive guidance, and sound. The modalities used are unique to the needs of indivudal and the moment.

• If there is sensitivity and or discomfort involving any one of those modalities we can easily omit them and still achieve the desired result

     Virtual sessions focus more on energy work, intuitive guidance, resolving any types of       blocks, and returning one to a deeper sense of equanimity within themselves.

     Home practices given to sustain the effect of the session.
 

• Clothing: please wear loose fitting pants or shorts. Yoga pants and leggings are not recommended as they have a tendency to cut off circulation when rolled up to access the lower leg

• Women: It is typical that I work on the back topless. If modesty is a concern, please consider wearing a tank top that provides access to the upper back, ideally without the constraint of a bra

Post Session Guidelines:

• It is recommended to drink plenty of water, more than considered average, post treatment

• After energy work, the body as it detoxes and releases heat needs ample hydration to reconstitute itself.

• Gentle walking to aid in integration is encouraged, as well as grounding food, and plenty of rest

Post session is considered to be a subtle energy reset, so it is important to give oneself the space for the mind and body to heal and reconnect. Typically this lasts for the remainder of the day following treatment.

I encourage you to take the time to rest, reflect, and be without much stimulation. This is where the effects of the treatment really begin to integrate and the momentum of the healing takes effect.
